We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete your Flow State account and what happens when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

  1. Open Flow State on your device
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  3. Confirm your identity when prompted
  4. Tap Delete My Account to confirm

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Flow State account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

What Happens After Deletion

Account is permanently deleted. You will be signed out immediately and will no longer be able to log in.

Data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before being purged.

Data cannot be recovered. Once deletion is complete, there is no way to restore your account or any associated data.
⚠ Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription through Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.

Data Retention

After your account is deleted, we may retain the following:

Anonymized analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data (e.g., feature popularity, session duration averages) may be retained to improve our service. This data cannot be linked back to you.

Legally required data — if we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., transaction history for tax purposes), that data will be kept for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
